Clinical Educator - Theatres

Main duties of the job

• Assist in the delivery and coordination of training for students, apprentices and qualified practitioners across the department, as directly delegated by Education Lead and Senior Educators.
• Participate in recruitment, open days and public engagement events, representing the Theatres Practice Education Team and the department.
• Act as link member between the Theatres Practice Education Team and theatre staff of all roles, including organising education mornings.
• Develop own skills and knowledge in the role of facilitating education initiatives and stewarding learners across all perioperative areas.
