Clinical Documentation Learning Lead (Hybrid)

Novartis Pharma Schweiz is seeking a qualified candidate to design and deliver effective learning and capability programs for TMF and CDGM services. The successful applicant will partner with internal teams to address learning needs and develop metrics for tracking effectiveness.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of clinical research experience and strong project management skills. The expected annual base salary ranges from 46,300 to 86,100 EURO, alongside a variety of benefits, including flexible working options.
