Clinical Deputy Manager

Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager – Sidcup Care Home

Location: 2 - 8 Hatherley Road, Sidcup, DA14 4BG

Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with occasional night or weekend visits)

Bonus: Welcome bonus £2,000, paid after four weeks of service

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
• Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date medication records.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels through effective rota management.
• Provide day‑to‑day clinical support and guidance to staff, promoting independence, choice and dignity for residents.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families and the care home community.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with local organisations to raise the care home’s profile.
