Tasks
−Ensure the quality and consistency of psychosocial interventions within the organization’s clinical framework. − Provide direct support to staff during complex situations involving residents. − Update clinical tools, ensure their application in daily practice, and offer constructive feedback to team members. − Respond to calls, support clinical decision-making, and provide remote guidance to the team (on-call duty and use of personal phone are compensated). − Plan staff schedules, manage replacements and vacation coverage. − Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of frontline workers. − Support team members in reaching their professional development goals. − Compile clinical data, write activity reports, and prepare applications for the Rent Supplement Program (PSL). − Represent the organization on local committees and maintain strong relationship...
