Clinical Care Coordinator

The Opportunity:  

Join the dynamic and supportive management team at Kilpatrick Court Toronto NSW as the Clinical Care Coordinator.  This is a great next step for a passionate Registered Nurse with experience in an Aged Care environment. 

Work closely with the Residential Care Manager to ensure the overall clinical management of consumers are in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and other relevant legislation, to ensure we continue to meet the quality needs of our consumers. 

Please note, there are 2 positions available at Kilpatrick Court:

1. Max Term Full Time position for 12 months commencing May 2026

2. Full Time permanent ongoing available ASAP
