Clinical Business Analyst

Position Summary

On behalf of our client, TEEMA is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Business Analyst with deep expertise in surgical workflows, clinical informatics, and healthcare technology transformation. This role will support the standardization of surgical documentation, workflows, and clinical practices as part of a large-scale Clinical Information System (CIS) implementation. The successful candidate will collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and project teams to gather requirements, design future-state workflows, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support the successful implementation and adoption of new clinical standards and digital solutions.
