Clinical Application Specialist (Sleep portfolio)

You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of advice and assistance on the usage of sleep/respiratory devices and products to end users including conducting training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients and sales team to ensure that they are familiar with and confident in using the products.

Specifically, you will

• Support Sleep therapy cases according to product usage instructions while adhering to infection control and observing patient safety as priority.
• Ensure that end users and healthcare professionals receive correct advice and adequate, professional support in the diagnostics and therapy process, and provide on-call assistance when necessary.
• Support diagnostics and therapy management improvement projects to increase efficiency.
