Clinical Application Specialist (Sleep portfolio) You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of advice and assistance on the usage of sleep/respiratory devices and products to end-users, including conducting training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients and sales team to ensure that they are familiar with and confident in using the products. Specifically, you will
- Support Sleep therapy cases according to product usage instructions while adhering to infection control and observing patient safety as priority.
- Ensure that end users and healthcare professionals receive correct advice and adequate, professional support in the diagnostics and therapy process, and provide on-call assistance when necessary.
- Support diagnostics and therapy management improvement projects to increase efficiency.
