Clinic Operations Lead (Clark) | Onsite

Work Location: 100% Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
• Analyze data, anticipate problems, and implement solutions fast.
• Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.
• Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
• Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc....
