Job Description
1. Coordinate and arrange locum doctor schedules to ensure adequate clinic coverage.
2. Prepare and manage weekly duty rosters for Clinic Assistants.
3. Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for patients.
4. Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams regarding scheduling matters.
5. Maintain accurate scheduling records and administrative documentation.
6. Provide general administrative support.
7. Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
