Clinic Manager

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a qualified and experienced Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinic operations, accounting functions, physician relations, and team management. As a manager, they will oversee the implementation of company-wide programs and timely reporting of clinic data. Embracing the mission of treating each patient with dignity, care, respect, and enthusiasm, they will ensure their team delivers patient care excellence and physician support.

Responsibilities

• Running the Business at the frontline clinic level, resulting in effective and efficient operations of all clinics in the respective area.
• Provide leadership, direction, coaching and reporting on all operational aspects at the clinic level.
• Prepare employee schedules to meet referral demand and optimise equipment utilisation and ensure coverage during vacations and absences.
