Responsibilities

The Clinic Manager oversees day‑to‑day clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and front‑desk functions to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.

Manages clinical and administrative staff, supports hiring and onboarding, coordinates ongoing training, and ensures adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitors budgets, billing processes, and resource utilization to support financial sustainability, while maintaining accurate records and operational reports.

Addresses patient inquiries and concerns, supports clinicians with operational needs, implements process improvements, and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives for the clinic.
