Job Overview

As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and medical staff, while supporting both administrative and clinical functions.

Key Responsibilities

. Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the Clinic Supervisor or Manager, including:

o Patient registration and appointment scheduling

o Recording medical histories

o Dispensing medication accurately

o Updating medical billing and invoicing systems

o Reconciling daily cash and electronic transactions

. Assist and chaperone doctors during patient consultations and examinations

. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and clean
