Job Description
The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through our services. This role focuses on building long‑term relationships, maximizing client retention, and driving revenue growth for both our clients and Rambad Digital. You will work closely with our internal teams to align marketing strategies with client goals, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, primarily jewellery store owners.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
