Client Support Worker (HART Hub)

Waasegiizhig Nanaandawe’iyewigamig provides wholistic, primary health care to Indigenous people in Kenora and surrounding First Nation communities through a range of options including prevention, assessment, diagnosis and treatment. The Homelessness Addiction and Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub offers a seamless continuum of care that integrates a culturally responsive care model and healing methods, tailored to individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction and mental health challenges. The role operates in a 24/7 format with shift work and weekends included.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support clients, including providing emotional and practical assistance.
