Role: Client Support Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am (10pm to 7am after DST) Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO (Brgy Saguin, McArthur Highway, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—In Front of Coca-Cola Baliti)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
- Manage collections placements, providing timely status updates and account reports.
