As a Client Support Specialist, you will help bridge communication between teams and clients, supporting proposal preparation and marketing coordination. From maintaining documentation to managing project follow-ups, you'll play a vital role in keeping client relationships strong and projects on track.

Role Overview:

  • Coordinate and attend internal and client-facing meetings, take notes, and manage follow-ups
  • Assist in drafting and organizing proposals, checklists, and supporting documents
  • Maintain and update Asana and the Proposal Index (PI)
  • Conduct lead tracking, outreach emails, and contact management
