Customer Service Representative (Evening to Early Morning Shift) (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with 1–5 years of experience to handle calls and email requests, raise and track work orders, coordinate urgent tasks with contractors, and process invoices and job tickets.

This role supports the timely follow-through of jobs and ensures tasks are completed and closed in line with agreed KPIs.
