Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused **Client Support Liaison (CSL)** to join our Core Tax team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients on non‑technical matters, supporting them through document coordination, technology tools, and ongoing communication. You will also work closely with Partners and Managers to streamline processes, ensure timely delivery of tax work, and support internal operations such as billing, reporting, and data management.

**As a Senior Client Support Liaison, you will:**

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on non-technical matters, including communications, follow-ups, document requests, and technology support.
+ Assist clients with Suralink, TaxCaddy, and SafeSend, ensuring smooth document exchange and troubleshooting access issues.
