Role Summary

The Client Support Coordinator supports daily execution by managing candidate outreach and coordination. You'll run outbound communication, keep scheduling tight, and ensure all activity is documented properly so nothing slips.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound outreach and follow-up using calls, voicemail, SMS, and email
  • Guide candidates through next steps with clear instructions and timelines
  • Coordinate scheduling and confirmations between candidates and the internal team
  • Keep CRM notes clean and up to date, including outreach history and candidate status
  • Track responsiveness and flag risks or drop-offs early
  • Provide short, practical updates on what's moving and what's stuck
