Job Description

Client Management Delivers an exceptional client experience as measured by Transaction surveys, consistently meeting expectations. Project Management Basic knowledge of MAS products, services, processes, & organization. Willing to complete stretch assignments such as SWAT, OE rotations, etc. Technical Support Resolve technical issues related to EDI, understanding account structures, work closely with OES, Service, and other BTS groups. Partnership Driver - Builds bridges & collaborative partnerships with associates & leaders from other MAS departments to improve Service results.

Work Independently Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, including complex situations Demonstrates ability to diffuse volatile situations Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment Demonstrates competent communication skills with clients & internal support groups
