AdverAim is a healthcare marketing agency helping clinics and hospitals across India acquire patients through performance marketing — with a guaranteed-results model. We're growing, and looking for someone to work directly alongside the founder managing our client pipeline, sales follow-up process, and internal team coordination. This isn't a support role — it's hands-on, high-visibility, and comes with real mentorship and a growth path into a senior ops position as we scale. What you'll own:
→ End-to-end lead & client pipeline management
→ Executing our sales qualification and follow-up playbook
→ Client relationship management for our dental clinic partners
→ Team & hiring coordination Who we want:
→ 1-2 years in client servicing/sales coordination/ops
→ Strong English + Hindi communication
→ Highly organized, process-driven, doesn't drop the ball ₹18,000–25,000/month + performance incentives
