We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Community & Program Support Specialist / Product Researcher to support both our online community operations and product research initiatives. This role ensures strong member engagement while identifying profitable and strategically aligned product opportunities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Create and publish value-driven content to encourage participation and interaction.
• Onboard new members and guide them through program setup and expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and maintain accountability.
