About the Role:
We're building a multi-website platform (think Shopify) and are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused specialist to help onboard clients, test the system, and create helpful documentation. This role requires a mix of client support, quality assurance, and process improvement—but no coding is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through onboarding and help them build their initial websites using our AI-assisted builder.
• Assist clients with any questions or issues while using the system.
• Test the platform, document issues, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Write user-facing help documents and guides for clients.
• Suggest ways to simplify and improve the platform experience.
