The Role
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the bridge between XP Strategy’s internal PPC team our clients. This role ensures that communication, expectations, and performance stay aligned across all active accounts. You’ll act as the client’s primary point of contact, translating goals and insights into clear tasks for the PPC team, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
This position is ideal for someone with solid Amazon PPC knowledge who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and keeping teams organized and accountable.
