Client Success Manager

We're hiring a Client Success Manager

Rate: $1,000–$1,100/month (based on experience)

Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time

Work Setup: Fully Remote | Work-from-Home

What you'll be doing:

Manage relationships between clients and Virtual Assistants, including handling client concerns

Facilitate client and VA meet-and-greets

Create plans and strategies based on client business needs

Monitor VA performance and provide support

Prepare Monthly Business Reviews and track growth

We're looking for someone with:

At least 1 year as a Client Coach, VA Coach, or similar leadership role

1 year of BPO Team Lead, Supervisor, or Managerial experience

Sales experience (1 year)

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

A proactive, organized, and independent work style

Tech Requirements:

Stable high-speed internet, updated computer/laptop, webcam, and headset
