We are seeking a proactive and client-focused
Client Success & Account Manager
to oversee and grow relationships with our US-based clients. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account expansion, and managing the performance and engagement of deployed personnel.

The ideal candidate is strategic, people-oriented, and experienced in managing remote teams within a staffing, BPO, or professional services environment. This role plays a key part in retention, growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
