Client Success Manager

We're Bamboo Works — a fast-growing international staffing firm helping companies worldwide build high-quality, affordable remote teams. As we scale, we're hiring a Client Success Manager to lead inbound client handling, guide prospects through our recruitment process, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.

This is a pivotal role — you will be the first impression of Bamboo Works and the ongoing voice of our brand for our clients. Your communication, professionalism, and problem-solving ability will directly reflect the quality we promise.

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Engagement: Full-Time, Independent Contractor
Working Hours: Primarily PH hours (with flexibility for occasional client calls)
Monthly Salary: $1,000–$1,600 (higher for exceptional experience) + commissions
