About the role:

Join the Client Success team supporting Gartner’s Research Board service in Japan. As a change agent and C-suite engagement expert, you will play a critical role in shaping and localizing this bespoke service for the Japanese market. We seek an agile, fast learner who can adopt global best practices from overseas peers, build structure amid ambiguity, work effectively with C-level executives and internal stakeholders, and proactively drive progress without fully defined processes. You will help establish and adapt processes for the Japanese market, with potential to expand into a hybrid role supporting our EXP service.

What you will do:

  • Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions across various business functions ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
