Job Description

TGM Research is seeking a Client Service Manager for the Americas, working from Europe. You will own client relationships, oversee projects with the fieldwork team, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

You will coordinate medium to complex research projects, guide sampling, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction. This role requires 2–4 years in account or project management and fluency in English.
