  • Support the Client Success team in managing day-to-day communication with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and assist in ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, and Operations) to address client needs and concerns.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain client information in CRM systems and support documentation of feedback and service improvements.
  • Learn and apply best practices for client relationship management and service excellence.
