The Client Success Associate supports the Client Success Team by ensuring seamless client servicing, smooth onboarding, and efficient issue resolution. This role provides direct support to Account Managers, helping them manage client portfolios, prepare reports, and maintain high client satisfaction.

• Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Prepare client briefs, reports, account summaries, and meeting materials.
• Support AMs during onboarding, product walkthroughs, and business reviews.
• Serve as a frontline contact for client inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Collections, Sales, Engineering) to resolve escalated concerns.
