Key Responsibilities:
- Account Mining and Account Farming
- Expand the portfolio by building pipeline and conversion
- Understand the client ecosystem and decision-making process
- Connect the dots across departments and build the overall business architecture knowledge over a period
- Identify opportunities by mapping client needs with our expertise
- Own the new RFP’s/proposals in collaboration with BTS ecosystem
- Price the proposal to ensure winnability
- Profitability Management
- Leverage grade / location levers to drive higher profitability
- Manage overall revenue and employee mix in line with organizational margin targets
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service.
