Role Overview

Solidus Labs is seeking a Client Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services practice and lead our most strategic client deployments. The successful candidate serves as a trusted delivery lead for complex client engagements, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on solution understanding. They are comfortable guiding senior client stakeholders through milestones, risks, and trade-offs, while also partnering closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys orchestrating multiple workstreams in a capital markets context, translating client objectives into executable plans, and ensuring that Solidus' category-defining Trade Surveillance and AI-driven compliance solutions are delivered smoothly and confidently.
