Job Description

Purpose

Support Client Solutions Managers by preparing platform content, configuring demos, and handling operational tasks that accelerate onboarding and delivery.

Core responsibilities

  • Load and maintain supplier and product content in the platform
  • Build and QA demo environments for sales and customer meetings
  • Prepare client onboarding assets under manager's guidance
  • Monitor and action configuration tasks, data checks, and simple troubleshooting
  • Document repeatable workflows and maintain internal templates
  • Coordinate with product, support, and commercial teams when needed
  • Track task status to ensure client solutions managers can focus on high-value delivery
  • Maintain high-quality data hygiene and timely execution
