We're looking for a proactive and organized Client Servicing Executive with experience working in or with digital media agencies, ideally from a planning or client servicing background. This person will support business development leads, managing campaign execution, client communication, and performance tracking to ensure the delivery of high-impact digital solutions.
What You'll Do
Client Support & Communication
Assist in managing day-to-day communications with clients and agency partners.
Gather client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
Build trust and rapport with clients by providing timely updates and professional support.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Publisher Growth) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Monitor campaign timelines, assets, and delivery to meet client expectations.
