Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop social media strategies that align with their monthly goals
  • Create monthly content plans that align with the client's brand and tone of voice, and manage the timely delivery of all social media assets
  • Communicate effectively with clients to manage their expectations and provide regular updates on campaign performance
  • Act as a liaison between the creative team and the client to ensure that all creative output is aligned with the client brief and meets their expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, copywriting) to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Draft and organize weekly and monthly content calendars for client review.
  • Track and monitor content performance metrics; compile reporting decks with guidance.
  • Help manage influencer/KOL communications, from outreach to deliverable tracking.
