In this role, you support the daily workflow of multiple teams and serve as a primary contact for agents, insureds, claimants, and other stakeholders. You handle a variety of routine tasks using established procedures, while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.
