We are seeking a friendly and professional Client Services Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are a coworking space with two locations, and our Client Services team represents not only us, but all of our clients as well.
Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
Manage incoming phone calls and directing calls to appropriate numbers.
