Client services representative _ Eurofins Environment Testing Canada

Under the supervision of the Client Services Team Leader this position is responsible for entering client and sample information into LIMS, preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, and ensuring that projects are processed quickly and delivered on time to operations.

• Receiving samples from clients at the counter directly or by courier delivery
• Sorting samples and coolers and making note of any deficiencies
• Using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to log-in the samples and generate labels
• Preparing soils samples and rush projects to be processed by operations
• Forwarding feedback from clients and to the appropriate Project Manager.
• Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessary.
• Placing samples in the appropriate areas of the laboratory.
• Preparing bottles for client pick-up or shipping.
