Permanent full-time, multiple positions. Rostered shifts between 8am and 8pm AEST.

Join Sureway's National Contact Centre as a Contact CentreConsultant where you'll manage inbound enquiries and provide professional
support to callers nationwide. In this dynamic role, you'll handle diverse
queries, coordinate services, and assist Sureway colleagues across our metro
and regional offices in NSW, Victoria, ACT, SA, Qld & WA. The work is high
paced and KPI driven yet rewarding.

Duties

  • Manage inbound call queues
  • Appointment booking and calendar management
  • Admin support for completion of routine contract specific tasks
  • Manage email enquiries
  • A range of other duties to support our frontline teams
