Job Description

The role:

Our client is recruiting a key commercial role within their creative marketing agency, focused on driving new business growth and developing long-term relationships with public sector organisations, charities, social enterprises and other values-led businesses. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will develop and deliver outreach strategies, generate new leads through networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns and AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini and HubSpot, while supporting pitches, proposals and client meetings to achieve ambitious business growth targets.
