Client Services Manager – US Staffing

Position Summary:

The Client Services Manager (CSM) role is responsible for owning and growing key U.S. staffing accounts, managing client relationships, strengthening MSP partnerships, and driving end-to-end delivery performance. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and MSPs, partnering closely with Recruiting, Operations, Onboarding, WFx, and Finance to ensure SLA adherence, timely closures, and a high-quality client and consultant experience. The CSM plays a critical role in expanding accounts, improving delivery outcomes, and evolving relationships from transactional fulfillment into high-performing, scalable partnerships.
