Position Summary The Client Services Manager (CSM) serves as a key support partner to Private Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing and servicing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. The role combines client servicing, investment execution support, credit administration, account management, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional private banking experiences.
The incumbent acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day banking inquiries and transaction processing while supporting Relationship Managers in wealth management, lending, investment, and client acquisition activities. This role requires strong knowledge of private banking products, investment markets, credit facilities, and regulatory requirements.
