We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal Client Services Coordinator will work closely with our existing team members to support our customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and address incoming emails and phone calls in coordination with other customer service and tech support staff.
  • Manage and complete a variety of product-related projects and tasks.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by participating in testing before updates and new feature releases are launched.
  • Reporting issues.
  • Support business development ideas and activities.
  • Provide basic technical support to clients, including resetting passwords and assisting with account creation and management.
  • Utilize and maintain our customer support platform (Zendesk or similar) to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
