Your role, your contribution!
• Coordinate end-to-end client administrative workflows, ensuring tasks are completed in line with internal service standards and turnaround times
• Liaise with clients, ATO and other regulatory bodies to manage lodgements, information requests and onboarding/offboarding activities
• Prepare client correspondence, reports, job in/out for signing processes and billing/WIP support
• Maintain accurate database, document and task management across multiple systems
• Provide broader office and team support including reception relief, meeting coordination, events...
