Criteria

  • Rostering and scheduling experience in aged and disability service environment.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast Metropolitan corridors.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask between phones, emails and rostering.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client focused position with a commitment to providing superior customer service to the most important members of the team – our clients and our staff.
  • A logical mind with an ability to see the bigger picture - rostering is a puzzle waiting to be solved.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Carelink +.
  • Knowledge of CHSP, HACC guidelines and My Aged Care Portal.
