Rostering and scheduling experience in aged and disability service environment. Knowledge of the Southeast Metropolitan corridors. Proactive attitude and ability to multitask between phones, emails and rostering. Demonstrated experience in a client focused position with a commitment to providing superior customer service to the most important members of the team – our clients and our staff. A logical mind with an ability to see the bigger picture - rostering is a puzzle waiting to be solved. Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
