We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support our advisory team and ensure seamless daily operations.
This role combines client service, account administration, compliance support, and of-fice coordination in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for clients (in person, phone, email)
Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications
Process EFTs, wires, and other client transactions
Assist with new account openings and updates through Raymond James systems
