Job role

As a Client Services Consultant, you will be part of the team providing support for the Brighten Home Loans Client Services Contact Centre. You will provide above and beyond service to customers and ensure each interaction results in a great customer experience. You will answer all customer inquiries made through the Client Services Contact Centre and respond to customer requests and forward to pertinent departments.
