About the Role:

Hawthorn - As a Client Service Coordinator (CSC), you’ll be the engine that keeps our disability care services running smoothly. You’ll coordinate staff schedules, allocate shifts and ensure our clients receive the right care at the right time. Every day, you’ll make a difference by keeping services running smoothly and supporting both clients, their families and our employees.

Role Type:

Hybrid Role - Work from our office in Hawthorn 3 days & work from home 2 days. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Take ownership of and manage the staff rostering for our Disability Client Portfolio 

  • Ensure timely allocation of shifts alongside high quality carer/client matching
